Trust me this takes strength...these women do a great job here! Just unfair people are deciding who is best based on this edited reel! Dont knock the ones that did not appear to do as well because this showreel is not the whole comp so we did not get to see ALL the skills!! These women have to train like hell to get and maaintain these skills... I know I have done it! Yeh...seeing as most of western population is overweight and struggle to get out of an armchair..including kids...we should respect these awesome women and their lovely strong bods!!

I think calisthenic championship should be mixed, no matter the gender.

this is impressive to watch. I've started doing calisthenics and it's a lot harder than it looks. These ladies make it look easy. Especially those muscle ups and bar work they do.
