Looked like a cracking wee spot Ally, thanks for showing us it. I've had a few of those trips; breaking stuff and forgetting stuff and it seems like ages before you get settled.

Cool camp - well awesome site. That was an inland sea almost. Bit of a bugger going back for the other tent but it all turned out well when you cracked the Bucky open. That was my staple diet once. Funny story mate. 'A thermometer i the eye.' Well good going. Enjoyed. Mark

If I have a vehicle anywhere close I was bring a back up tent and leave it in the vehicle. Always have a extra trap in my kit for a shelter if needed as well.
