I'm really glad to see Great America finally getting the respect it deserves. It's been my homepark for nearly 30 years and I've never once had a bad time there. Maxx Force really grows on you the more you ride it but it's understandable to feel underwhelmed at it's short layout.

Happy to see Great America rank so high, it's my home park and I have tons of great memories there. It's where I got over my childhood coaster fears and the fact it has such a well-rounded collection I think helps with that, as new enthusiasts are able to try out a variety of rides and see what they like

the thing i love about sfmm is that everybody always has a different top 3 cuz the lineup is so solid. like youll always see x2 and twisted colossus, but then viper is in mine, some people will have wcr, tatsu, full throttle, apolocalypse. like there really is something for every type of enthusiast.

As someone who has proudly claimed Six Flags Magic Mountain as my home park for more than 30yrs, I'm very proud to see it at the top of the list lol. Can't go wrong with Magic Mountain 🤷🏽‍♀️

Everyone needs to come and experience our great MM at least once if they like Six Flags and love coasters. If ya ever run into me there, I also give lots of great information about the park and the rides, I'm so proud to still call it my home park and take so much pride it in lol. I do wanna experience some of the other parks, however. Great Adventure has always been one of the others that I really would like to check out, and Over Texas just because it is a historical park, being it's the very first one in the chain. Think I'll take a trip up North and do Discovery Kingdom first since it's just a few hours' drive or even a 1hr or so flight up from LA. Then branch out from there.

Great video thanks for sharing! I KNEW Great Adventure and MM were gonna be SOMEWHERE in the top 3, just didn't know which order.

Six Flags great adventure was my number one Six Flags park for a very long time. Two years ago I got to great America for the first time. Within hours it was my favorite. Like you said, no obnoxious policies, great atmosphere, great rides, great ops… I was in love. It felt so welcoming. To me great adventure feels like a gigantic carnival, but Great America felt like home.

Six Flags St Louis was a huge surprise to me. I expected it to be a VERY low tier six flags park, but I came out thinking it was pretty decent! The park has good landscaping and terrain, they have a very well-rounded lineup, and overall I just had a very pleasant time at that park.

As someone who has Over Texas as their home park, how much you'll like our coasters depends on how much you like intensity. We're LOADED with positive g machines, and if you like that you'll adore our collection. But if you prefer airtime, I can see why you'd think it's mediocre.

❤ I’m glad so many people are finally discovering great America. For so long no one ever talked about now everyone ranks it number one. Well you ranked it number 2 but I like that you recognized that even though they don’t have a kingda ka or anyone 300 height intamin. They have probably a lineup that really mirrors a cedar point. The place is less crowded but always fun and the atmosphere is so great. So bravo

i love that you mentioned the Whizzer! it was one of my favorites when i was a kid and i was still too scared to go on the big coasters lol. it's a nostalgic hit for me. it's not got a lot of thrills but it's a good comfort coaster.

Now that you've been to every cedar fair park you should take each park's best coaster and rank them

Fiesta Texas is probably the most beautiful park I’ve ever visited. The landscaping is elite.

Thanks for giving my home park (Over Georgia) some love. There's so much potential. History of being the second ever Six Flags, a lot of natural elevation changes through the park with the landscape of the location which I think gives it more character as opposed to a giant flat concrete jungle.
Here's a video idea of a 10 year plan for over Georgia.
1. Axis launch coaster or any launch coaster. (In the need for speed)
2. Mack Power Splash or the Intamin ultra splash? If I remember correctly. It's Georgia, it's hot. (near goth city, great area but no shade or water attractions near)
3. Convert Georgia Scorcher from Standup to a Floorless coaster. It is actually a good Standup coaster, yes, they do exist. Floorless could only enhance a good ride to a great little experience. The "Feet to the fire" slogan they use would play much better also.
4. RMC The Great American Scream Machine. And no, not like you think. It's a classic. Just have RMC go old school and retrack it. I think the smoothness from RMC track could potentially unlock some nice air time on this wooden classic. And get rid of the beating you take. Though not as bad as it used to be with Mindbenders old trains now in use. But still bad.
5. Giga RMC T-REX or the incoming manufacturing clone designs you know are gonna be happening. At the end of this 10 year plan this design will have been around for a while and perfected in experience and cost of build. With a savings of back to back remodels over new coasters. They can put those savings to work. Plus park is due a big hitter in the coaster line up.
Two-year gap between each coaster and coaster remodel.

I can’t even tell you how much I appreciate the effort that you put into making this.. I live in Buffalo so Darien Lake is the only one i’ve been to, and yeah I can completely validate you putting that at #9 😂 Used to be a much cleaner place, but has recently been pretty trashed and they could definitely do more.. Anyway thanks for the amazing content!

Despite six flags America's low ranking, this park is technically the definition of a six flags park. Decent waterpark, long coaster gap, very light theming, ads on every corner, meh food, a lot of clones, and Six Flags America is that amusement park that you visit once, maybe twice a year. The other six flags parks are either decently themed, have solid coaster line ups, are full of animals, have more than enough meh wooden coasters, or are straight up garbage (la ronde)

Of The Six Flags Parks I've been to. I almost 100% Agree with this list.

8. Darien Lake
7. St. Louis
6. Over Texas
5. Over Georgia
4. New England
3. Fiesta Texas
2. Great Adventure
1. Great America

The edge for me for St. Louis over Darien lake is Ride of Steel is the only thing at Darien Lake I wanted to ride over and over (Tantrum wasn't built yet on my last visit.) At St. Louis I was a fan of American Thunder, Batman, Mr. Freeze, Screamin' Eagle, and I'm a huge fan of The Boss. The more versatile collection gives it the win for me.

As someone who 's only been to Discovery Kingdom, I think your ranking is justified. The rest of the lineup above it seems to be better than what we have over here, and I'll try my best to be able to visit more themeparks, but Discovery Kingdom for me is a great park that has a good coaster lineup (minus Kong, even the staff jokes on it) mixed with some good secondary attractions. The animals are fine, but there's not a single person I know of that goes there for them. The park will always hold a special place in my heart regardless of what happens.

FIESTA TEXAS! I remember when it was built and back then the Rattler used to be the world's fastest and tallest wooden coaster. I don't remember when Six Flags took it over but I was glad to see they didn't really mess with or change most of the park but instead just added some rides

Living about 7 minutes away from Fiesta Texas has been such a blessing. Going on random Tuesdays during the summer and being able to marathon Rattler and Superman krypton is 👌🏻

You’ve done Cedar Fair and Six Flags, now I think you should do your top 10 (or however many there are) independent parks. You know, stuff like Holiday World, Lagoon, Adventureland, you know, those guys.

American Thunder and Mr. Freeze are the best coasters at sfstl. Used to love the Boss, I hope it gets the RMC treatment someday.
