India need to stay with neutral stand, in On August 9, 1971 Rasia save India in war, Ukrain always oppose india in UN.. we oppose fight . people have money to pay fees of other country but not allow open more university in india and pay fee. indian need fee free college from indian Government, reservation is main issue why indian student go out for but big question where is human right people, who cry immediately and do propaganda in Kashmir issue, why UN peace force not act with blue color vehicle and helmet save other country people, it is surprise that 5 lac ukranian can go out from there own country, foreigner purposefully kept in country for purpose in mind with hide or use as human shield.. India can not change history just because some students have gone to Ukraine.Ukraine objected to India on nuclear programme at the behgest of NATO and west. Russia has always supported India historically through all thick and thin.Ukraine invite students for fees to keep their medical colleages running and for Indian students, it is easy and uncomopetitive education. I hear one can become a Dr in Ukrain by paying 50-60 lakhs over a period of 5 years.
