Theory: The new antagonist is drawing power from the zero point to create the new "vibin" areas on the map. These will be used as a distraction while maybe her team, the IO, aliens, the cubes, or Geno are creating something crazy to fight against us and the seven.

I think that Geno is a world destroyer, and that Slone actually took every character/skin from their reality bring destroyed, and dropped them in the island, and doesn't want the Zero Point to be released, because she can let people out or Geno can come. She has us fight to test weaponry to reclaim those lost realities.

The DMR is probably my favourite gun in the season, also it's pretty much an M14 with a scope so that's a plus for me. I like the DMR better then Thermal AR because something about the Thermal AR last season felt off. I still need to use the double shot shotgun (man that's a bit awkward to pronounce) so i can't forge an opinion on it right away. But man i do miss the ranger shotgun, that was interesting.

Quick update edit:

I actually don't mind the new double-shot shotgun. It's pretty good as long as you are close enough and score a headshot. i definitely see it as a weapon that takes some skill to use but ultimately one you don't wanna get caught reloading or heck, pumping even. The Hammer AR is pretty good and as i said it just feels like a watered down version of the OG AR we all know and love (or most of us anyway) but overall i think the weapon lineup is pretty good. I definitely see myself alternating between the weapons.

regarding the saplings, I really hope that the more saplings people plant the more reality falls will expand.

To be honest, I wouldn't mind a pretty chill season after last season. I'm just happy that it's not all drought themed like many people thought it'd be.

Fun fact: The block was originally removed because some idiot decided to place a chair in a basement. Why is that a problem, you ask? Because above the chair that was tipped over, was a rope and it was intentially implied that someone had ended their life in that basement and once Epic knew, they stopped taking submissions. People were also hiding secret chests there too.

Also, the glowing bouncy mushrooms give a slurp effect and heal for 15. Not sure if you can heal more than once per mushroom haven't tested that yet
Edit: takes about 15 seconds to recharge and you can heal again

I enjoy the double shotgun as it feels like a primal shotgun but a little better and the reload doesnt take forever

0:59 You can also shoot and use items while you’re riding driftboards from chapter 1 so, the wolves and boars are actually the 2nd vehicle you can do this with.

I have this theory that geno is the chaos agent because when the foundation and the legend jumped into the zero point, chaos agent was there but they said something about going to geno

Speaking of geographical events in Fortnite, imagine if we had EARTHQUAKES. They would appear on the map randomly and destroy any nearby builds. I don't know if this is good or bad but sounds pretty cool to me.
