Hey guys! The weekend is here... FINALLY!! This week has dragged on pretty badly for me. Work was a little bit stressful. you know what makes that better though.. well for me it's food lol. This Garlic Butter Italian Sausage Sandwich Recipe is freaking amazing and a total spirit lifter. If I had to look for a fault there is only one... I tend to want to over eat them lol. These are easy to tweak and add some of your favorite toppings to, so go ahead and give them a try. When you do make them be sure to take a pic and post them to my Facebook page!

Total Time: 35 Minutes
Makes: 4 Servings

Sausage Mixture:
1 lb. Ground Italian Sausage
14 oz. Tomato Sauce
1/4 Cup Red Wine
1 Tbsp. Basil
Salt
Pepper

Garlic Butter:
1/2 cup Butter, Softened
1/4 Cup Basil
1/4 Cup Parsley
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced

Sandwiches:
4 Hoagie Rolls
4 Provolone Cheese, Slices
8 Mozzarella Cheese, Slices
Red Onion, Chopped (Garnish)
Basil (Garnish)
