why 15fps playback ? it looks choppy ? at least get it to 30fps to be a smoother

If you want to see 30FPS instead of 15 run the video twice the speed. It looks much better.

To combat the small sensor, one can use the Beastgrip DOF adapter Mark II for phones to get some sort of depth of field. Of course the image won't be perfect, but it could add a nice aesthetic to the slowmotion. It's even more exciting since the new Beastgrip DOF adapter Mark II is supposed to get rid of vignetting and hotspots. I guess will find out in the future. And please SONY, upload a 1000 fps slowmo clip played back at 30 fps! :D

please Sony, dont decieve us with your amazing ads video, i believe this video was not recorded with smartphone device, but from a camera with great lenses. yes, the sensor is made for mobiles but this does not come from a smartphone.

Absolutly love this tech. Hopefully there will be a PlayStation Phone by the time this is ready for full production. It would be great to see Sony combine its tech to help grow its ecosystem before this comes to Android and iOS based devices.

I would also love to see what this can do for the next PSVR. High res super high frame rate capture could greatly enhance the tracking capability, which would go a long way towards making VR a standard in every home.

Why was the video dropped down all the way to 15fps and then interpolated up to 60fps? Even if the 15fps video wasn't interpolated it would like a slide show mess. With interpolation the slow motion scenes seem like they were done with slow motion software and not in camera. Who decided to do this?
