When I was young, I lasted about 4 years in my first permanent job… I left after I was framed and that stressful event made me started to bleed (I was 4mth pregnant and nearly lost my baby). That 4yrs experience later was considered a good benchmark experience in my resume and I landed into much better job. I, too, don’t believe in long-year plan, but I prefer to go with the flow. Whatever you do or plan, just work with passion, honest and reliable. Never be the black sheep, never back stab your colleagues and never step on anyone to get to the top.

Hello. Try not to stay in SME for more than 3 years. You need to move on to learn new skill sets & knowledges in MMC which will pay more and better benefits.

*Kids this generation worked for just 5 yrs 6yrs or 7 yrs and not even reach 10yrs already complained tired just look at the older generations working for more than 50yrs still continuing it until today*
