Shrimp and Vegetable Stir-Fry

*Ingredients*
bell pepper, garlic, green bell pepper, green peas, onion, pepper, red bell pepper, red onion, salt, shrimp, vegetable oil, white wine, seafood

*Recipe*
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and stir-fry the shrimp for one minute. Add the garlic and cook for one more minute.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the white wine and cook until reduced by 1/3, about 2 minutes.
In another skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Add onion rings, bell pepper sticks and green peas and cook stirring constantly until vegetables are soft, about 1-2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add shrimp and stir well to combine.
