O-Zone - De Ce Plang Chitarele [Official Video] HD
The Rumenian Dragostea Din Tei by O-Zone is one of the most played singles by the Italian radio stations and is NR 1 in all the European sales charts: Nr 1 in France for 15 weeks (Platinum Record), Nr 1 in Spain, Nr 1 in Germany (Platinum Record), Nr 3 in the UK, Nr 1 in Belgium (Platinum Record), Nr 1 in Holland (Platinum Record), Nr 1 in Norway (Platinum Record in 2 week), Nr 1 in Austria, Switzerland and in all the Eastern European Countries, and other Scandinavian Territories. In Romania they have already sold over 250.000 of the album, from which the first single has been taken. After the success in Europe the single and the name O-ZONE has reached the rest of the world. There is no country where the single hasn't been released! The album was out in all of Europe during the Summer reaching the Platinum Status in some Eastern European countries and the 100.000 copies sold in France and over 60.000 in Germany, and getting the first 20 positions in the charts everywhere. The funny and dynamic video-clip of the first single was on high rotation on the all the main Music TV Channels. The new second single DESPRE TINE is already getting good rotation on the radio and the video High airplay on the TV channels in Italy, already entered in 1 week from the release at Nr 4 in France and it is planned for the release in Europe by the beginning of September. O-Zone is: Dan, Arsenie & Radu Their story began in the Republic of Moldavia, where Dan, Arsenie and Radu knew their first musical succes. They were convinced that Romanian music market will be much more interesting and the opportunities for an international career starts in Bucharest. Quite true! That's why in 2002 they came to Romania with a demo tape and a lot of confidence in their talent and started looking for a manager and a record label. In 2002 they met Dan Popi, general manager of Media Services, the Sony licencee for Romania and that was the beginning of a beautiful career. Their first hit was: Numai tu ("Only you" from the album Number 1). With this one they conquered the Romanian Top 100, all radio stations were playing the song in heavy rotation for several weeks and the band touched the heart of Romanian public. In autumn 2002 the new single Despre tine ("About You") turned O-Zone into the new dance music stars of Romania and all radios and televisions were contaminated with the O-zone "mania" . In 2003 O-Zone became the best selling dance group in Romania with their album DiscO-Zone. From this album the hits are: "Dragostea Din Tei" and "De ce plang chitarele?".
