But not also depends on only Gym, always doing free hand in your home & doing yoga also... Yeh dhyaan rakho, sirf body bara karke koi fayda nahin, body ko flexible, inner strength, or healthy rakhna main goal hona chahiye... Not muscular only

If you don't have social life don't be sad. You are away from the whole drama like kisna kisko date kiya kisna kiska kata. Always remember social life is optional not mandatory and following diet, working out will give you gains . Always grind and focus on yourself kings💪

This video showed up just at the right time- Tore my bicep tendon last week and was down and low as if it’s over- but knowing that injuries are part of life and can happen to anyone anytime so be prepared- one can be down but not out!🙏🏻Thank you once again
