Lux vs Windwall

Windwall is instantly functional. Not during the animation, or when the animation is finished. Instantly when the cast is over.
The cast being finished is indicated by the line below Windwall. That lines color is dependent on the used skin, for Project Yasuo it is blue. Here are screenshots of the frame in which Windwall is functional, one for every clip.
