And it still hasn't addressed the epic backlog of reserve forces applicants who's files have not been completed so they can serve their country. 3 years and counting waiting to serve my beautiful country. It's not right.

Surpluses are turned into deficits for many reasons in federal, provincual and municipal governments. Find the money for 6 aops, Canadas claim on the northwest passage has to be strong. We have to protect our arctic, demand that ships meet a high standard and follow strict guidelines, in return we provide charts, quick SAR and a repair dock that already exists half way through the passage.
Show the UN that this is our territory and we will protect it if they agree to it being Canadian or not.
This is not something we should let slide.
