In Poland, there is a provision in the law that if there is a sale or price reduction for some goods, at the same time the new price must also include the old price from at least 30 days ago.

La loi impose aux commerçants de pratiquer un prix de référence qui doit correspondre au prix le plus bas pratiqué par le vendeur durant les 30 derniers jours.

This is not black friday, nor any price scam..
It's simply the two different price levels applied in two different regions/countries for the same garment.

This is very common in global big retailers such as Zara or Mango. If you look at the hangtag it says Bershka...

This Jean is not in sold, the price behind the etiquette is the price for Spain (the country where it was produced)

This for sure an inditex garment so the label with red line is always for Spain and Portugal and the the other country must relabel all the prices.

Have been working in retail and the red price is lower because the clothes come from other, cheaper countries. The price would be higher normally (under the red sticker that is always remover)

Once I realized that stores bring in cheap Asian made clothings tagged them at regular prices then sell at half prices, I never shopped on Black Friday again. Now you can check online if ‘sale’ prices are actually ‘great’ sale.
