The most annoying thing with my robot vacuum has been it not wanting to go over carpets with black in it, think it has to do with the ledge detection so it doesn't fall off stairs. It would be nice to disable that if you don't have ledges to worry about.

I had two robot vacuum, the lowest samsung and the roboroc s6 vmax, and I have to say suction is the most important. The samsung just gathered the dust and spat it out in bigger chunks

My mom got a $430 dollar Robo vacuum, it is called the roborock S7 ($650 originally), reviews say it is worth it, sadly no remote, BUT, it does have LiDAR mapping technology, it also has a sonic mop and vacuum with a roller, hope the vacuum is pretty good! It took about what seemed like a while to get one of these. (and it also comes with a auto empty bag you need to purchase separately)
