O'my word, so when he finished at 5:27 i was at mile 16 still climbing Snowdon for the second time, just shy of half way along the route! I finished and some may say I'm a good runner, but those top guys and girls are just a different species to us mortals.

Mattheu, well done. What tips would you give to anybody tackling snowdonia this year 2024? Training wise. Would you focus on finding vert and hitting what target per week? Also in the race are there any advice you would give to runners looking to run well? Thanks
