ABR is my favorite REIT and I'm looking at the high short interest as a great opportunity to buy more shares. Also ABR is my highest payout in dividends for this month. I also own VICI, STWD and MPW, but ABR is my favorite.

We bought in big at 12.31 last year and buy up more every week. Definitely hanging on for years to come on arbor.. plus arbor loans mostly apartments complex’s and I’m in Flori-duh where Arbor actually has a hand in the state.. and apartment complexes are being built constantly here

I have 90 shares in my taxable account and I have 1084 shares in my IRA. Im a beginner at investing and still have lots to learn. I love that Arbor has only raised the dividend since inception. The dividend calculator models have Arbor projecting some really gaudy numbers. If its half that good, I'll be fine.

I bought it last year and have been slowly adding on dips...I'm over 300 now and will continue to add unless their financial metrics change. Nice dividends on a good company!

I've looked at this one so many times. I do think with interest rates soon to start declining (fingers crossed), this one could be a really good investment. But it still scares me too much to buy. I guess I've been conditioned that a yield that high is just too good to be true. I'll keep my eye on it.

Thank you for this information! I bought 30 shares last month after reading a news article recommending ABR. I’ve been contemplating buying more but have been experiencing the “sweat” as well. 😂 I think I will go back for more, but with some caution.

I have 300 sh. I started buying in 2022 @ $17.19 and continued into this year. I've brought my basis down to $15.19, so I'm still behind on share price. However, the dividend is juicy and I expect the share price to improve as interest rates decline. I consider this one of my riskiest investments, but I'm holding for now. Cheers

I have been toying with the idea of adding Arbor Realty or possibly Cube Smart as a second REIT in the future. I hit 100 shares of Realty Income months ago. I really like monthly payers, though, and neither ABR nor CUBE pay that way 😫
