Lucrehulk battleship and carriers are quite ingenious in my opinion, just one of those bad boys and some Munificents and the star system is easy to take

The Lucrehulk also has laser cannons inside its hangers, Vulture droids in walk mode, as well as ray shielded reactors to deal with infiltrators.

The Providence. A proper warship and carrier for me, and the more fitting for my ship aesthetics.

The Lucrehulk is like a modern day supercarrier. It's not only an epic flagship, but is capable of transporting immense amounts of supplies, moving whole armies from A to B, or acting as a mothership to thousands of starfighters and even corvette sized ships.

Imagine how terrifying it would have been if the Separatists had hyperdrive capable starfighters, like droid operated X and Y wings. Imagine hundreds of Lucrehulks launching millions of craft in relentless attacks across the galaxy, with droid starfighters that would never get mentally fatigued, only being limited by fuel and munitions. Probably would've been unstoppable.

The CIS have always been way more fun to watch in the Clone Wars series because unlike the Republic they are actually using a variety of vehicles and droids.

I'd argue the Providence is far more effective. There were two variants of it and the larger version could hold off three Venators. Admiral Trench easily showed how devastating a single ship could be, unfortunately he crossed paths with Anakin twice.

The lucrehulk is like a combination of a tank, and a space station.

Lucerhulk Battleship is Bonkers. Its like hey instead of 200 or 300 starfighters let's add 50, 000. Also I bet the ship designers threw in Painic room for Droids just in case General Greivois threw a Hessy Fit.

The Providence 100%, its armament is well rounded (personally i would trade some torpedo tubes for turbolasers), its hanger size is fair for a ship of its size (if your not using droids). And its design makes it perfect for modification, look at Rebel One, she is beautiful

The CIS: in details, lore information and ship designs: incredibly powerful, OP, ready to win.

The CIS in media: "the plot demands we lose."

One thing I will say that most people never seem to consider is that the Munificent and Recusant had a significant range on their heaviest weaponry and if they held back as a battle line to pelt approaching enemy vessels from afar with withering firepower, it would have helped to mitigate their fragile hulls and give more leeway for any vessels attempting to flank them to be noticed and responded to. Unfortunately, they very often sent to be sent into brawling range.

This is especially so for the Recusant which has a rather thin frontal profile and thus could, under ideal circumstances, focus its frontal shields in a relatively small area to remain safe.

As far as favourite ships go, while I love the Lucrehulk, I would go with a Providence. The reason is its modularity. Personally, I would strip out most of the missile launchers because the shields need to be lowered for them to fire and replace them with more laser cannons for point defence.

My fleet would be a handful of providence carrier/destroyers and a supporting group of munificent cruisers. Using the providence's tough armor and shields to take the brunt of the hits while the munificents use their super heavy turbolasers in the prow to shred the enemy fleets from a further distance away and keeping their fragile hulls away from the republic's ionized shots since the munificent is held together by tenser fields and isnt exactly sturdy

Always liked the Separatist ships above all other faction ships in Star Wars.

There was an episode in clone wars were a group of clones used Anikin's fly through the hanger to blow up the reactor strategy, but the Reactors were protected by ray shields. Showing that the Separatists learned and adapted, especially since the enemy General's were Jedi.

Also, yes Lucrehulk for the win!

Personally, I am proponent of cruisers. I love the Recusant. It was an excellent heavy cruiser that could easily lead small flotillas, could threaten other capital ships, and was surprisingly fast and agile for it's size.

Out of all 5 factions in the main movies (not including the resistance) I like the CIS the most, they where just so good looking, and then the droids, thinking the massive towering tanks and walkers where somewhat sentient droids that would chill with one another after or before battles.
Just think, a LAAT big enough to fit a crab droid, some b1’s, b2’s, 2 dwarf spiders, a OG-9 spider, and an octoputarra, all chilling like they where clones, that’s what they are like…it’s amazing

The Providence, it's a proper warship and a good design. Plus it's the CIS ship for Battlefront 2 space battles so nostalgia helps in how I feel about it.

either the munificent or lucrehulk for sure. the munificent is a lot like the b1 battle droid; cheap, simple, and VERY effective in numbers. the lucrehulk is a lot like modern day aircraft carriers; big, tough, self-sufficient, and able to carry the fighters and bombers to rip apart enemy defenses without ever engaging. being a supercarrier for a faction like the separatists, that had the advantage of not needing to spend years training new pilots, is also a massive benefit
