Retrobit Super Retro Controller for SNES

after being burned when buying two original SNES controllers, i decided to give these a try, and i have to say i am impressed. these are an excellent alternative to the original controller. i'd go as far as to say they are better in some ways. i highly recommend these, they're fantastic.

I still use my Asciiware asciipad. Take the original SNES controller design/shape and add rapid fire controls to all buttons and slow mo control.

ever think about putting the guts from the working retrobit into the not working original snes control?

I had the same trouble with a non-working D-pad on an SNES controller. I fixed it by cleaning the contacts with isopropyl alcohol. The Retrobit controllers are _way_ better than the crappy SNES stock controllers.

dude I really follow you what you mean, same thing happened to me, bought two old official snes controllers, crap d-pad due to age. I guess the only choice right now is 3d party's controllers. What's the best 3d party snes controller similar to the official?
