Hey Cory, one thing you may like to address is the difference in sprouts (unhealthy, contain arsenic I heard) and microgreens.
Most people don't know the difference. I messed up my gut flora eating sprouts and now on low FODMAP foods for leaky gut. You may have already made a video on it but if not that would be good for people to know. LOVE your grow palace.

Are you using 2 trays? Did you water the bottom tray before putting soil in the top tray?

Thanks Corey! I'm going through a lot of your videos before getting started and they are so helpful. Here you are adding a layer of coco coir on top of the seeds. Is this just what you would recommend for the beets, or for certain other types of microgreens as well?
