We’ve been doing this to teams all season, Saints by far the better side, the sending off and not putting the game to bed early was where you went wrong. Considering your team is worth over double ours, you should have put this to bed in the 1st half.

I'm actually starting to think bazunu is thr worst goalkeeper we've ever signed. Literally any shot on target goes in, unless it's straight towards him and even then he still fumbles it ffs. Need a new GK in the summer

I've noticed in the last couple of games we've lost a lot of the intensity out of possession and our intelligence with pressing seems to have plummeted. I had hoped the 3 weeks off due to the Preston postponement then international break would rejuvenate us for the run-in but it seems to have really disrupted our momentum. We are far too slow to close down and give opposition too much time and space on the ball.

First goal - Couple of poor clearances, and can't do much about the strike, but Che needs to get back or Stu needs to push up quicker to close the midfielder down and stop the ball being passed out wide.
Second goal - No pressing anywhere, always standing a yard off. Stu doesn't stop the cross from right, and Arma is not tight enough to Broadhead.
Third goal - The guy literally sits down, stands back up and kicks the ball and no one is within a yard. Everyone stops to wait to see what will happen, by which time it's too late. Someone just needs to get their foot in. So many players let themselves down in this phase of play; the marking and tracking back were particularly poor. Harwood-Bellis marks the wrong man, meaning Downes comes across to cover, which leaves their wide man in acres of space on the left flank and able to get a cross in.

The pre-match press conference hasn't been uploaded, so unsure why KWP sat on the bench all game when he's one of our best players and this one of our biggest games of the season - I will be interested to hear Martin's thoughts in the next one.

There is still a fundamental flaw in the way the RM sets the team up defensively both with & without the ball, we are ridiculously open to the counter attack and are too easily bullied, we average 68% possession but concede 1.4 goals per game in only 32% of game time, shocking stat as the opposition know that we will give teams opportunities to score against us & until that changes we will need to score 3 + goals per game to have a chance of winning, still think we’ll go up in the playoffs U T S 😇
