They can now gain a profit from both the game studios they already have in-house, as well as now finally licensing out their IP's to other gaming companies. WB should've done this a LONG time ago honestly

Just give the IP to any studio who loves the source material and is passionate in doing a game about it. Just like it was the Case with Hogwarts Legacy

its about time WB stepped up and changed their plan from in house to licencing to different studios i can see it being a good thing going forward

There's nothing I want more than Warner Brothers and Disney to finally get their shit together. Marvel and DC both need to thrive. DC's reputation needs to be fixed. Warner Brothers making a Superman game would be a great start. It will show that they are finally listening to the fans. The best studio to make a Superman game is Insomniac. They would do an incredible job with Superman. They can do what Rocksteady did what the Arkham series did and bring back beloved voice actors. Tim Daly as Superman, Dana Delany as Lois Lane, and Clancy Brown as Lex Luthor.

we should have gotten the Damian Wayne game that was scraped but, and this is random, I really want a Gotham knights spin off game where it starts off with Selena finding out Bruce is dead by snooping around the league of assassins but gets caught by Damian and talia, she escapes and Damian goes to find her to bring her back after finding out talia killed Damian’s grandfather to be leader, he turns on her and join catwoman, we see them interact and long story short instead of the OG Gotham knights vs the league, we get to play as Damian, catwoman or replace catwoman with her and Batman’s daughter huntress, and it’s her, Damian, spoiler, and then they get tech from Lucias, but then his son joins the team and makes a suit and becomes batwing, and we play at those 4.

WB might wanna consider investing in some sports games such as NBA, NFL, MLB NASCAR, FIFA and college sports. It’ll be good competitive balance.

The important thing for games is that the right developer gets the contract. SW games fail due to bad developers. And the only reason WBD is doing this is because they lost around 15 billion this last quarter. Licensing games will only provide a small amount of what's needed. WBD might be better off selling off DC in it's entirety. WBD is in trouble and this next year is going to be hard.

This is great news and I hope it's true, my only question is what do you do with Mortal Kombat? You would have to licence Ed Boon out with it.😂. But hey maybe we can finally get the Shaolin Monks remake/sequel we AND he have wanted for years
