Yeah, people actually still believe that this really happened. But MJ had already left the beef behind during that time. MJ bought a music catalog and that just happened to have ownership of few of Eminem's song (Coincidence).
MJ said: "Great artists don't attack other artists(Yep, he didn't say 'you simply buy em')" and Eminem responded: "It wasn't an attack. At that time, i was just having some fun."

Ok the real story is MJ said some shit about em he dissed him in a track. The whole thing with mj and buynall of ems music is not all correct. When sony records was starting up MJ was with a nother lable they offered him 1/2 the company to sign with them. When em dissed MJ he wanted to by his music but it couldnt really afford it so the sony executives desided it be best to spend 350 million on like 50% a hand full of songs that continually got played on the radio and streaming services. What they dont tell u is shady told all platforms playing those songs to stop playing them. In the long run em got paid 350 million just to pull old song of the radio for like 5 years. Then em buys them back at 1/5 the price he sold them for. Who really one here.

Michael was exaggerated. Michael did not buy Eminem's back catalogue. Michael own shares in the company that bought Em's back catalogue. And it only for a short period time coz michael sold his shares. When michael died, the company sold several items in their possesions including Em's back catalogue. Which Em bought ALL of it. And now mr. Marshall Mathers collect & enjoy all his royalties handsomely 😊
