Epoxy resin- Alcohol inks effects-Inclusions- Funshowcase- Craft Resin- Tutorial

Trying new silicone molds from Funshowcase sets and the Epoxy Resin starter kit sent me by Craft Resin
I'm super happy that I tried the Craft Resin with the alcohol inks from Funshowcase... Totally unexpected results!
I haven't had yet the time to try the alcohol inks with epoxy resin with this technique without heating the resin.
I'll have to do it very soon to confirm if the results obtained were caused by the heated resin or if it's how this alcohol inks react with the resin in it's normal temperature.
From the experience I have with other alcohol inks, it shouldn't sink so much because this resin starts to harden really fast...
I'm super excited to better understand the results I got in this project :D
Loved how clear and transparent the resin is. And the Funshowcase jewelry silicone molds are just gorgeous, giving the final product a super shiny look!

Gorgeous projects! I love messing with alcohol ink. I'm so pleased you tried craft resin. It's a brand I'm looking to buy when I next run out. The brand I'm using atm is great but it doesn't like heat, were as I've heard really good things about craft resin and it can hold up to a hot cup of tea no problem. The clarity it produces is amazing! X

I love the Alcohol inks pieces. To me they look each look like a flower (though not intentional I think)....like colourful dahlias.

The jewels and flowers are stunning but like Mizz Uzie, the inks dissipating through the resins and blooming and spreading is just magical. The effects when the blocks were cured was amazing like a slo-mo drop of rain hitting a pond and bouncing up! How does it happen - is it due to the different densities of ink and epoxy? Whatever, it’s mind blowing.
