I'm sorry but this review doesn't actually review any of the key points that matter, which are how durable the chair is, if parts are readily available, if there are certified service technicians to service the chair, how expensive it is to replace the batteries and how long the battery life lasts, also whether or not it pulls incline with a heavier person. People who are bound to their chairs have the tendency to sometimes gain weight It basically just reviews the look and the ride and all electric wheelchairs are gonna have good looks and good rides that's the selling point how is that helpful to the consumer in any real way that matters people who need to be in electric wheelchairs Need more than just esthetic it's not a toy.

I had the older version of the Jazzy. I loved the fact that I could elevate the seat to get things from a high shelf. And also if you're talking to someone who is standing over you, it makes you feel less awkward. You don't have to look up their nose. Plus the seat turned so it was much easier to get in-and-out and avoid the foot rest. But I found it hard to steer. It's been my only experience with an electric wheelchair, so I don't know how to compare it with other ones. I had to leave it behind when I moved overseas. I had private insurance at the time, so they authorised the seat that turned and the elevating seat. Medicare wouldn't have done that. So, between Medicare and my private insurance I didn't have to pay anything. Medicare pays 80%. At least they did 20 years ago.

A wheelchair that can reach the high shelfs sounds cool but where you gonna put your knees and feet/footrest. Well there is no room for them so you place your chair sideways to the shelf so that you have to turn your upper body sideways to be able to grab stuff and that might hurt your spine.

I have a foldawheel electric wheelchair that I absolutely love! It has held up beautifully and I am a big lady. It is more affordable than most on your list. Sadly you did not include it.

I have an Eagle HD which got from a seller on craigslist for $800.00...usually 2800bucks. Even if I had to pay full price for it, it's worth every penny. It has a 400lbs capacity and it's foldable for car travel.

I love how all the demonstrators of wheelchairs that fit into a trunk of a car, get out of their chair to lift it into the trunk! A large majority of disabled people would not be able to lift something that heavy at all let alone into a trunk. Just a general comment about all the adverts I see!

I'm not sure what your reference is for the top 10, but you seem not to be aware of what is avaialble in the world of wheelchairs.

Is ok to buy them used ? Or they will come with issues later ?! What about if I dont have an authorized dealer to maintain them in my country ?! Will it be easy to send it back to the manufacturer for repair ? I think the more sophisticated the chair the more issues it would have later.
