“There are a lot of aspects of the organization that I think will be under evaluation over the next six weeks. That said, I do think (the Krafts) have respect for the spot that Jerod Mayo has been in and was in coming into this season. And all the chatter and the pressure to win and everything else -- I actually think they believe he's handled that pretty well given the circumstances, given his lack of experience being thrust into this role.”

I disagree with you on AVP. Maye is playing great, and the last thing we need is for him to switch his offense coordinator. We just need good receivers and an OL, and that will fix the offense. Maybe two years from now, we can replace him.

Mayo stays, & I personally think the only person who they might choose to move on from is Covington. I doubt they fire AVP due to his development of Maye/ continuity at OC for Maye going into year 2.

Mayo lost the defense fire Mayo rather than delay the obvious.

Oh yes. We need someone with experience. The defensive players we have today only work with the BB scheme. We need a new defensive coach . Today, defensive players play the same way when they leave the BB scheme to play for other systems. They suck. Since Covington is not using the BB scheme, we need other players with talent.

Most reliable receivers are TEs and Pop Douglas. They need major help FINDING and DEVELOPING Receivers. Polk and Baker look like misses. Except for Maye, Gros and Wolfe F'dU the 24 draft again.

AVP will most likely be demoted to qb rather than fired. Cant say the same to Covington and Mayo.
