Well the remnant moisture is gone and it also means powering up to test certain components wont fry them, but several might still be damaged from oxidizing and other corrosion caused by the water and other nasty stuff in it, so not all the problems are solved but it still might have saved a good load of part replacements and other proccesses to dry the car.
