i love the way some people on here say its fake, being a dt owner myself i know with a full athena kit, 280 jets and full dep exhaust that is exactly how it goes, i know people with basically the same set up and they keep up with my mates ninja 600 on acceleration and make an r6 look silly, my old dt had standard jetting, full dep exhaust and derestricion wire done and kept up with an r6 untili hit 70 then it slowly pulled away from me, love the sound of that dt tho, absolute animal

150 km/h on GPS?! 😱 Very fast for the Athena kit! Or just supermoto rims with the original (enduro) speedometer in?

What carburettor do you use(jet sizes etc)? Did you fit a larger reed valve? How about the engine intake? Where did you find these components? -General setup.

Damn! yamaha's dt may well be the best enduro out there. I want to get a wr 125 because it's an enduro and souds amazing, but I want this as well because it's so powerful

for all the one saying athena is a torque cylinder, it´s not, it´s a cylinder shity  port map, you need a custom made exhaust and porting to really get some power!

Why not cut the wire to the districtor? I cut mine and isnt able to make it work.. but why? The wire doesent go anywhere🤔

The video isn't edited, it's just 2 stroke power. Although i think it's stupid to put an 170cc cilinder on this bike. Just port the original cylinder and you'll end up with more power. Mine accelerates like this but now with the offroad tires the top speed did went down significantly

You can find power testes on Athenas pages. With 170cc athena, 30mm carb and with athenas exhaust you can get about 30hp.
Its not "powercylinder" its Torquecylinder"... 7-8sec might be realistic acceleration.

Hi! Did you also change the connecting rod to mount the Athena kit or did you use the original connecting rod? thank you

Soo waiting for that to pinch up!
Glad it didn't tho! Would have loved one of these kits on my DT back in the day! 2001 dtr 125 owner! Loved it good fun bikes and bullet proof sort of 😋

Can you tell me the exact setup you had? I have the 170 cc athena kit with original carburator and i can't get over 120kmh an hour even if i use 17-57 as sprockets. ive tried 15-57 and i can still get 115 kmh but with great acceleartion. But i would love to know what was the setup. My spark plug is a bit like light brown so i think i would need more fuel? But should i get a 32-34 mm carburator or get 250-280 jet or what its called instead of 210 which i believe is stock?
