Eversince I started watching u guys I've been practicing high cadence as I was a grinder b4 using 34-28to36 on my MTB on 15% plus climbs when I had a granny all along. I noticed that my legs don't ache as much and my lungs don't burst lol

but but! how else will I make use of all those "brotein" sup's I've been taking!! --- A simple example that even most lunkheads can understand is comparing runners from ultra to Marathon to milers to 800 to 400 to 100 yards . As distance decreases muscle size increases. So ya if you want to be a Sprint Track Cyclist then by all means build some quadzillas otherwise you're just a lunkhead if you are doing long uphill rides at low cadence! ;)
