►Why don't you always overlay what weapons you are using?◄

Sometimes people see an epic kill streak, and they want to buy that weapon because they think it will grant them that epic-ness. But it it's never the weapon, always the user. A lot of weapons you see me use, I actually dislike, but I want to get them Auraxiumed. So I don't want people to see a weapon I used, get all excited about my kill streak, then go buy the weapon, and find out it is disappointing. If you really gotta know the weapon, feel free to ask in the comments.

►Most of the music I use is from EVE. You can find it on this website. Primary credit is to Jon Halur.

A LOT of people don't understand the importance of displacing when sniping. "Oh, I'm invisible when I'm not shooting, nobody will be able to hit me-" (DOMED)

Like I've said on a previous video:

1. Grab a bolter.
2. Aim for the head.
3. Don't miss the head.

Another thing, he tells you not to touch the sensitivity and to just build up muscle memory around the one you chose after a little experimentation. It's actually a good idea to adjust sensitivity as you go, just make sure you don't adjust it any more than the smallest possible amount at a time. If you overaim, decrease it by the smallest possible amount. If you underaim, increase it by the smallest possible amount. Eventually, you'll get to a point where you're overaiming as often as you're underaiming. That's when you know you've got the right sensitivity.

Cyrious Gaming doing a guide on sniperside? boyo. If you want to talk about skill ceiling this is a skill roof. Having to choice the right equipment and have patience like a sage. The countersniperside and having to worry about enemies at all times. Providing Radarside. God... This is a fun class once you can handle it.

Ima vanu scopie boy, i use the phaseshift with 12x scope. When i snipe i take a good 30 min to a hour hiking through enemy territory to find 3 areas. my first sniping point (this is were im going to be as quite and and deadly as possible. From my first point before i even begin sniping i make sure to find a fall back position. (Once you take out the same guy 6-10 times he's gonna start looking for you.) At this point i head to my fall back position. I dont let myself get caught before leaving; once i see enemys searching for me i leave. And my third point is a escape route. If i end up getting caught taking a shot from my first or second point i immediately retreat to a friendly base "caught" meaning visual contact with a enemy. Although i dont rack up a 100 man kill list i rather stall or take out high value targets. so other infiltraiters medics and engineers in their turrents. I also take out enmys trying to sneak behind friendlys. I like to think of myself as A recon/Overwatch on the battlefield

NO FUCK YOU NOT Overwatch the video game....

Yes im aware alot of people don't play like this but it's just the way i enjoy playing planetside. Also ima hell at night : )

Man I miss sniping, it's much difficult doing it on ps4.
It's one of the few things in planetside that have high skill floor but yet high skill ceiling.

My first time shooting a sniper in this game was a headshot kill.

I must be doing something right.

best tips:
1. no scope =6x
2. ejector seat on mosquito

thanks

1. for beginers coming from other games, get implant to reveal distance to get used to bullet drop.
2. aim for neckshot, it lands headshot and less chance to miss.
3. farm spots like sunderers and terminals until you feel confortable enough to get as mobile as possible.

I've been using a high sensitivity since the beginning on PS2 and any other game. I find it very convinient to wiggle, run away and reposition when I get caught, however I have to agree that most of the time my shots are missed, it's because I'm overdoing the move needed to get the head. But I'm almost sure long sessions are less exhausting. Being exhausted makes you lazy when aiming. CQC sniping is hard and requires practice, but with the right setup and dedication you're able to kill targets and killstreak targets that would spank you with an SMG (looking at you HA). If you're new to this gameplay I'd highly recommend critical chain and survivalist. Once you land a headshot your weapon becomes a semi auto beast and survivalist allows you to reposition quickly and recover when you get caught. Critical chain won't work with the NSX Daimyo, but when it procs with empire specific CQC rifle you're able to scare maxes away from the fights, or even land 2 bodyshots quickly like a scout rifle would.

By the way love your videos, I keep watching because I love the intro music for some reason. I've read somewhere it was coming from EVE online (might be wrong here), but I couldn't find the soundtrack on the website displayed in the description. Can someone give me the title please?

Cyrious, I know how to snipe, but you making a video to show you care is just, thanks dude. I main the Infiltrator, and my favorite sniper is the Railjack. Thank you for this Infiltrator Content, and keep up the good work. 11k! You are doing so good.

Edit: Just realized you are sniped LOTC, my outfit. xD

IMO the Phaseshift is the most slept on rifle. Unlimited ammo, no bullet drop. Only thing is the muzzle velocity being weird.
