Frank Luntz making excuses for Trump regarding his comment about the MOH... Trump specifically said more than one time that the Medal of Freedom was better. Basically, Trump bragged about giving a medal to someone who did not deserve it but since she donated a lot of money to his campaign he gives her a medal.
