I got insanely lucky. A guy in my local area put this console on OfferUp with a bundle of games including a CIB XD for only $150 total. He didn’t realize it was a rare console variant, he thought the Lugia was just a sticker his nephew put on the GC years ago. No box though, but I don’t care at that price.

My uncle sent me a check as a graduation gift in 2006, I got this GC bundle with it. Also got Path Of Radiance and Smash Bros Melee. That fall my mom died and that GC and those three games got me through alot of it. Then in 2009 my ex stole it and sold it to GameStop 😭

Got it for Christmas. Mom also got a couple other games for us, Metroid Prime and Super Smash Bros. Melee. Gamecube was the best.

Pretty sure the Kingdom Hearts White cube or some dev cube is more expensive and rarer.

I had this pokemon cube as a kid and before moving across the country in high school we had a garage sale and my mom agreed to sell it without my permission for just $20...
The only reason I ever was allowed to get it in the first place was because my dad and I had a bet in 2005 about whether or not the White Sox would win the World Series.

My mom got me this bundle from Best Buy, she tricked me into thinking it was just an errand going there, saw the bundle and called the nearest employee to get it off the shelf. She said she saw the commercial for it on tv and recognized Lugia from the 2000 movie and knew what my early Christmas gift would be. Young me was STUNNED 😂 we even got the add-on sticker set for the console for free.

Lol, $500 doesn’t feel like much… sad what inflation has done to conceptualize monetary value. We easily spend that much in groceries at Costco 😂

I had it till the airport list my luggage like 10 years ago. And it was never seen since. It was the onlt thing from my childhood i still had in good condition

I own the game with Manuel. got it new back in 2005 with some friends at Walmart. We played it all night that night haha. Beautiful memories with this game!

I only have the game, case and manual, but I got my GameCube the year before when it has the Mario Kart: Double Dash bundle

I got the system. Broke it held onto it for years found someone who would fix it and they did. Now I'm playing it.
