I have 3 questions

1. I belong to BC-D, but 'CREAMY' layer. So should I mention BC-D or general category?
2. Is fee exemption belong to all BC candidates or only BC 'NON CREAMY LAYER' candidates?
3, Regarding photograph....can we mention some random date on it...?
