Oscar please explain in simple words, those tables show median time for ppl getting gc from the beginning of process (filing i140) without accelerating? For example if I file i140 for eb2niw in May 25 with PP, let us assume get approved in June-July, is there is a chance to get GC by end of 25 if I am not Indian/Mexico/etc?

@oscar how does nvc schedule embassy invite. Lets assume two eb2 niw applicant are current but applicant A received DCQ'ed before applicant B but applicant B has an earlier priority date than applicant A. Who will nvc schedule first of the two?
