Julian Clary had a show in the 90's called 'Sticky Moments' and here in little old New Zealand, a 13 year old lad and his mate would stay up late to watch it and be in fits of laughter at Julian and his jokes albeit half of them we didn't really understand.

We would call each other 'Hugh Jelly' at school and nobody else knew what we were on about.
We are both straight, grew up to have wives and children but always appreciated his humour, innuendos and how great he looks.

Julian, if you ever see this, thank you for showing the world YOU and for allowing young impressionable men to not take life too seriously and to appreciate every person for who they are and more importantly, to be YOUR OWN YOU.

I'm proud that my kids can see their 'tough' old man is welcoming of all people and that he doesn't judge them by who/what they are but by how they treat others. Thank you Julian and Hugh Jelly! One love.

You know, if someone asked me if Frank Sinatra doing a duet with the venerable Bede (8th century English monk) was more likely than Donny doing a duet with Julian Clary, I would have said that Frank inventing a time machine was FAR more likely. This just blows me away.

This is just so frickin amazing, and I think I’m on rewatch 5 (of goodness knows how many). This makes my 2023.

Edit: thank you so much for this, Peter

Seeing this (live at the palladium, and now again on youtube) has made me watch Joseph many a time over again - what an amazing song, amazing "panto" and amazing film. Thank you! And what absolute legends!

That was fantastic! Lots of fun. I thought it was great Donny Osmond was so loving and warm toward Julian, seeing as Donny is such a devout Mormon and homosexuality is forbidden and deemed sinful by the LDS church. Julian’s outfit was crazy, I loved it 😂

I do wish I’d seen the panto but ticket prices so high. Maybe next year, God willing, but would Donny return to reprieve the role?

Julian is adorable, but god bless him, he cannot sing for shit, compared to Donny anyway.

But he’s just so loveable, that you forgive him for it.

You can tell that both are having a blast here, and it’s quite clear that at times Donny is struggling to hold back laughter…

I so wished Donnie would have sung this song like on Broadway without any humor. It is such a beautiful song and it was totally destroyed. So disappointed.
