When they get back to earth they shower immediately but for the next weeks you have to remind them i guess 😂

What happened to wet wipes? That would probably be a better alternative. They make alternatives like foam too.

I'd never thought about something like this until the spaceflight movie Passengers.
Female lead is swimming in a pool when grav centrifuge fails, and she's left stationary in the middle of a giant ball of water. Almost drowned!

We would go 30 days when deployed. Then we would rotate to main base for showers and laundry. Some would give sprung baths etc but most didn’t.

They don't squeeze any water onto themselves. They use a dampened washcloth with soapy water from a pouch. As water would simply float around in zero gravity. That goes for squeezing water onto themselves as well. They also use no-rinse shampoos for their hair.
