I loved Tony’s true explanation of the employees seeing the gold situation, he’s doing it for their own benefit, like yeah it might be nice to see some gold but like their could be weeks and months were he isn’t making money from the gold etc because of the price of fuel. Yeah in the long run he’s a millionaire and probs gets a good 50/50 ups and downs but it was really well explained and thought out. True business owner
