Mine has been been 70, 10, 50. Mainly due to - when using grayscale - to differentiate differing types of family types the darker shadow makes that differentiation pop. Another thing I do as well is make sure that the lighting is pretty specific to the location. (all of this on the GC self perform side of things). But agree with the comments Digging the videos you're posting!
