That's a pretty slick way to not piss off the HOA

Wonderful! My passion fruit has not come up yet at all this year. I feel like it should be up by now?! NJ is a cooler zone than you so maybe it's not dead? I love that you are bringing food into your front yard, garden friend!

Thanks for sharing your front food forest with us. Do you have any recommendations for nurseries either online or local for quality edible plants/trees? I took out some boxwoods in my front yard and would like to replace with Pineapple Guava. I'm sure I'm a little late to the game this season to get a larger plant as they all seem to be sold out. Thank you

I wish I could grow more in the front yard I have a loquat that I went out and it was stripped the avocado hasn't done anything yet and luckily nobody really knows what the Bay Laurel is the joys of having a lot of homeless they helped themselves and I recently heard of someone that had a four year old orange tree dug out of their front yard in the middle of the night

Nice job.... I put some thorny blackberry in my yard, is yours the one with the thorns on the underside of the leaves too? They are a real pain in the hiney, they catch on any type of material you put near. Gotta keep my eye on it, every time the branches touch the ground they take root and start another plant. No fruit here yet, it was a young plant when I found it growing on some roofing iron at the farm I help with (keep the horse there.) It's a prolific grower, I cut it back a lot to one main branch as I don't wanna lose control of it, the roots seem kinda deep ;) Don't think I'll see the fruit though as I'm likely moving so now looking at buying a thornless at the Diggers Club here, not too expensive.

Did you start the passion by seed? Or is this different than passion flowers? I started passion flowers by seed and they still havent germinated 🙄
