close visual studio and open powershell from windows to check whether powershell is working or not, and then start the visual studio it will work i have

vs code and git are downloaded in E drive in same folder but in git bash terminal is not opening in vs code .. i tried to update path in setting but not working .
my vs code is not updating automatically it just download a zip folder of new version
