Azazel Ameri may appear to be the strict and imposing student council president of the demon school. She is convinced humans do exist - and when she bump into one whom she believes is, she intends to prove her theory by making him read to her shoujo manga. By interacting with the human Iruma, she soons displays the same characteristics as the shoujo manga characters - and looks forward to calling Iruma again to read manga to her.

That’s about as accurate as it gets for the song. The literally just met in one episode and after he reads her an entire volume of “first love memories” she immediately sets her number in his phone. I think this song describes ameri’s persona well.
