Cooper Flagg ran off 42 points, 6 boards, and 7 dimes in Duke's win over Notre Dame (11-14 FG). Coop's 42 points are the most by an ACC freshman and the most by a Duke player since 1974.

I have been a staunch follower of The Duke University BB teams since middle 60s.
From a time when teams were built knowing there would be mild ebbs & flows unlike now where 80% turnover would be a common theme. 😢

I would encourage my GSW's to continue to play below average this year and put themselves, at least numerically into a lottery slot where they would have a small chance at Flagg. How great would that be!! Go from the Curry era to the Flagg era.
