I am not much worried about plans, most important is Kaveri and new 100 kN engine development because india should not be under pressure of US and with IS made engine this situation will not improve

HAL will be a great aeronautical team if and only if they learn from all these hurdles and do right thing in MK2 and AMCA and if same these kind of problem comes in these then it's only proof of one thing problem in not in external source but within the firm itself.

Just in time delivery does not exist in aerospace.

HAL and MoD should have known this.

Pre-ordering the engines should have taken place much earlier. But the funds were not allocated till everything was in place.

The result is a delay.

Good video but there is still a lot of confusion on 75 no's of F404 engines delivered till now, how many are Indian variants and how many are non-Indian variants. Exactly where all Indian variants are used and how many are available with Indian air force and how many are in HAL Factory? If you have accurate information, please remake this video.

As many videos in internet say below info:
Indian variants are used in 16 IOCs - 16 IOCs of MK1 delivered (IAF confirms).
Indian variants are used in 16 FOCs- 16 FOCs of MK1 delivered (IAF confirms).
Indian variants are used in 8 MK1 trainers- 5 Nos of MK1 delivered what about another 3 Nos engines.
What variants are used in 20 Prototypes- 2 Tech demo + 6 Prototypes + 3 Naval Prototypes + 8 LSP + 1 MK1A

Remaining 15 engines from above count- How many are worn-out destroyed? How many were returned back? How many are available in IAF inventory? How many are available in HAL factory?

Is it possible to make complete airframes and store them to safe place and when GE starts to supply engines, we just need to integrate engines with already made airframes. By this process, at least some time would be saved to deliver it to airforce.
