in Aragonese we only have 2, instead of like Spanish yo, mí, me, its just yo and me.

Notice how we have the "en" adverbial pronoun still like in Catalan, Occitan, French and more from Latin INDE, in this case is shortened so "me en voi" turns into "me'n voi"
We also have the "bi" adverbial pronoun like French y, Catalan (and Gascon) hi or Occitan i, from latin IBI, for example:

B'ha muita chent en ista ciudat Hay mucha gente en esta ciudad There are a lot of people in this city

Here, "bi ha" is shortened to just "b'ha", and yes the h is silent

In my dialect of Gascon :
O being a U sound like in Spanish Vuelta
U being a U sound like in French Usine
Th being a simple T or a Spanish soft CH
Ac as a particule is pronounced as a ’’AT’’ or ’’AD’’, depending if the following letter is a vowel or a consonant.
R is trilled, like Spanish or Italian.

I think it would be cool to consider non-European variations, like Haitian French Kreyol that have only "li" for she and he. And, as a Brazilian I missed the "Você", we don't usually use "tu", unless in some countryside regions

Turkish has a single third person pronoun (o) No gendered pronoun and no seperate pronoun for animals / inanimate objects.
