Russian President Vladimir Putin said Ukraine’s counteroffensive has “no chance” of success during his keynote address to the St. Petersburg Economic Forum. His comments come a day after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told NBC News that reports from the front lines were “generally positive, but it’s very difficult.”
