Propyzamide does a great job of knocking poa. One hit of that and a good pre-emergent routine eliminated a poa infestation in 1 season here.

I use Metsulfuron Methyl on my kikuyu for winter grass (poa) and broadleaf weeds. It’s very effective. It will kill rye grass though.
