Ok explanation of the colors: Red is Communism or some form of Authoritarian Marxism,
Gray is Fascism, and pretty much members of the Axis pact except the Russian states aren’t Axis.
Blue is “American Unitarianism” it is an ideology created after the Union of the USA and Canada, the ideology is mainly about subdivisions of Government, the first one is just called “Division” they have very little power other then election of President and control over their states. The State is the second division. They can vote to leave and join neighboring Divisions and can elect Divisional Presidents, counties are the last division and pretty much just allow State presidents and help make Voting maps look prettier
