Under new leadership, the Detroit Police Department is redoubling its effort to regain trust in the community through positive interactions.

The sad thing is there is not that many people left in Detroit. Detroit had 2 million people at one point now what there is 700, 000 people left in Detroit. I say Detroit should lose representatives like could lose 3 people in the Federal Government because lack of population.
