Some MAJOR corrections:
1. MMV is not an affiliated college, its in BHU MAIN CAMPUS & is an integral part of the university.
2. South Campus is a budding institu & should NOT be preferred above the affiliated colleges considering it also has limited courses as of now.. Affiliated are relatively better than RGSC.
Also, considering RANKINGS, even some affiliated colleges have better teachers than some courses of Main Campus.

So, this is the inside story. Hope it helps.

READ THIS CAREFULLY
Inter-subject normalization must be there. That means the score of 100 percentiles applicants of each subject should be normalized/amended to max. score i.e. 200. And the gap of marks between 200 and the highest score of 100 percentile score should be added in all the applicants of each subject.
If the score of 100 percentiles applicant (topper) is 120 in Math and the score of 100 percentiles applicant (topper) is 195 in History.
If both students will apply for BA (H) Pol. Science, even being topper Math student can never get a chance for this course.
For the applicants with 100 percentile in Math & History, Score should be normalized to 200 and for all the Math applicants gap marks of 80 i.e. (200-120) should be added to get their normalized score. Accordingly, scores of all the History applicants should be normalized by adding gap marks of 5 i.e. (200-195).
Thus, you will see that nobody will lose and all the applicants for each subject will feel satisfied being getting normalized marks/scores as per the difficulty level of their paper.

BHU me Undergradution pe koi placement nhi h . But post graduation pr bawal placement hai. Mai khud Banaras se schooling kar rakha .
Maine bhi try kiya tha mere ko off campus mil raha tha . RGSC barkachha nhi liya BHU me main campus badiya h baki to average h.
