Teachers are underappreciated, underpaid and now in parts of the US are looking at being armed with guns. Wanting to be a teacher is becoming more difficult.

In order to curtail the Nationwide teacher shortage that is plaguing American School, and get More teachers / substitute teachers into the classroom they need to pay these teachers a decent salary that way they can get more people interested in the teaching profession!

If teachers taught basic life skills and trades over outdated material and grooming than I would support teachers. Too many teachers are adding to societal degradation in America.

Sad. But honestly no one from the top will listen. The best is perhaps to see the system collapse entirely. But that maybe the goal of the gov.
